Overnight Oats Breakfast Board. I have had this idea for so long, but I was nervous to share. It is not so much a RECIPE as it as an “idea” or concept, but I decided, who cares?! This overnight oats breakfast board is an idea I felt compelled to make a part of your summer. And of course, there are a few components that I believe are totally necessary. But I want this to inspire you to take your own liberties, add your favorite things, and realize that you can make a super easy recipe look and taste amazing.
I knew I really wanted to share this recipe for Memorial Day Weekend. If you are entertaining a lot of friends and family, it makes sense that you would want to put out a show stopper. But it is also annoying to have to slave away in the kitchen while everyone is having fun. With my Overnight Oats Breakfast Board you can prep almost EVERYTHING the night before. Lay out the board, the utensils, the bowls, and make your overnight oats. When you wake up, assemble everything. It will look like a beautiful centerpiece! And friends and family will sit around the table, chatting and grabbing for the next topping.
The best part is no need to stand over an oven if it is a warm day. I have offered a ton of options: a very simple base of vanilla overnight oats, fresh fruit, granola, honey drizzle, nut butters, and more. Watch everyone pile their overnight oats high with toppings, and enjoy your holiday weekend. What do you and your family do for Memorial Day Weekend? It is one of my favorite holiday weekends of the entire year. I know overnight oats are a strange segue into Memorial Day, but as you spend so much time with your family this weekend, remember the reason you get to celebrate.
