The grocery store closest to me only carries ONE brand of Ricotta cheese & I needed it for a recipe! But those ingredients are crazy! Making it yourself is simple and beautiful. Homemade ricotta on sourdough with olive oil & flaky salt is a snack that makes me happy to be alive. Serve it for friends or family and it is THE party trick that impresses.
