Boozy Peach Tea. I used to absolutely love peach Snapple in high school. But as I have said a few times here, I cannot drink a lot of a sweet drink. For summertime, I want to be able to have more than one drink, still feel great and LOVE the taste. That is how I came up with my Boozy Peach Tea. Light, refreshing, peach-y, lightly sweet & delicious. Below you will see how easy it is to make.
Iced Peach Tea
I offer two ways to make the iced peach tea in the recipe notes. I personally suggest, and prefer, the overnight peach tea. Make everything ahead of time cold, let it sit in the fridge overnight & the next day when guests come over, just grab and pour.
You can also make the drink a little quicker by hot-brewing the tea. Of course it won’t be as cold or have as long to steep, but as long as you let it chill, the ice won’t melt completely.
The peach component of the drink is really exciting for me. I recently came across Agua de Pina recipe, which is pineapple, sugar & water in a blender. It makes a sweet, refreshing pineapple juice with the littlest amount of work. I peeled really ripe peaches and made it exactly the same. Agua de PEACHES worked perfectly. Pour it into the pitcher with your brewed tea.
