Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter S'mores

Spider Web Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter S'mores

Servings: 8 Chocolate Dipped S'mores

Ingredients

  • 8 Graham Crackers
  • 8 Marshmallows (+ more for spider webs)
  • 1/4 cup Milk Chocolate
  • 1/4 cup Chunky Peanut Butter (i like extra chunky!)
  • 10 oz Dark Chocolate
  • 2 tbs Coconut Oil
  • 8 Sticks, skewers, popcicle sticks, etc.*

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Make Chocolate Peanut Butter: First make sure there is room in your freezer for a baking sheet. In a small bowl, microwave milk chocolate & peanut butter in 20 second increments until melted. Stir until combined & place in freezer whie you do the next step. It will cool and get thick.
  • Make S'mores: Line 8 halves of the graham crackers next to each other on a parchment-lined baking shset. Place a marshmallow on each of the graham crackers. Bake in oven for 5-10 minutes until expanded and melty & a little golden. I like to really char mine but you bake them however you want. Remove chocolate peanut butter mixture from freezer & Remove marshmallows from the oven. On the empty halves of the graham crackers, swipe a hefty amount of chocolate peanut butter. Sandwich on top of marshmallow and carefully push stick into the center of the marshmallow. Repeat with all 8. You should have 8 s'mores now. Place in freezer for 30 minutes.
  • Dip Your S'mores: When your 30 minutes is almost up, make your dark chocolate dip. In a mug, melt your dark chocolate & coconut oil in 20 second increments. Stir to combine. Leave baking sheet & s'mores in the freezer & dip one smore at a time. Dip your smores into the chocolate and cover. Lift out of the mug and drip off excess. Carefully lay back on it's place on the baking sheet in the freezer. Dip the other 7 s'mores. Freeze for 30 minutes or up to overnight.
  • Make Marshmallow Spider Webs: In a small microwave safe dish, add 2-3 marhsmallwos and microwave 10-15 seconds until it expends and is melted. Let it cool for a few seconds & then pull some out with your fingers. Stretch the marshmallows with your fingers using both hands. Kind of like .. if you've ever played with your gum. Pull it until it looks webby and wrap it around the chocolate dipped smore so it looks like a spider web.
  • Keep chilled in fridge until ready to serve. They can sit out for a little before the chocolate is melted.

Notes

*I used painted black twigs for a spooky look. I suggest finding thicker ones so they are sturdy.
